M1 Motoring | Parts Drop Ship is a for-profit wholesale and retail auto parts business and is termed below as the seller and is owned and operated by M1 Marketing Inc.
The retail customer is the final destination and end user of parts ordered from the Web Site Owner
All special orders require a nonrefundable deposit of the total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to the seller and shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If special order item(s) are left over 30 days from time the seller receives the parts in stock; and Buyer has not made any attempt whatsoever to claim their order, then the order shall be considered canceled and all monies previously deposited shall be forfeited to the seller.
All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by the seller, participating warehouses. UPS, Fedex Ground and USPS are utilized except when oversized merchandise requiring LTL freight. No cancellation is allowed once the items have been shipped. If the package is refused upon delivery, customer will be charged the full amount less the total inbound and outbound shipping cost, plus up to a 20% restocking fee (what the distribution warehouses charge the seller).
Our origin warehouses pack all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. All damage MUST be discovered at the time of delivery. Accept the merchandise and notate the damage and any irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken boxes) on the freight bill or receipt while the driver is there. You must retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as the seller from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
All damages must notified to carrier at the time of delivery AND the seller within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. M1 Motoring | Parts Drop Ship, under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
All fiberglass parts may require installation fit before priming and painting. Such professional prep work is required for all fiberglass parts. All hoods require professional installation. Adjustment of the latches, hooks, brackets are sometimes necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps for all products sold. These are NOT considered to be defective. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defect on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.
All fiberglass bumpers, Lips side skirts, spoilers, and hoods are made out of a high quailty fiberglass and come with wire mesh if applicable. Professional installation required. Picture shown is for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement. Modification of part is required to ensure proper fitment. Test fit all part before any modification or painting. Accessories like fog lights, driving lights, splitter, canards, add-on lip, intake scoops, or other enhancement products are not included unless specified in the product description. Intended for OFF ROAD use only.
Special orders cannot be returned. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. All returns must be approved by M1 Motoring | Parts Drop Ship prior to being returned. Return authorization will NOT be issued after 5 days of the receipt of the product(s) by the customer. Stock items must be returned to and received by M1 Motoring | PartsDropShip within 14 days of the original shipping date of order processing. A Return Requisition must be filled out completely prior for any return. Once the return is approved; a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA Number) and RGA Label will be issued to the purchaser by the seller and it must be on the outside of the packages being returned. All packages will be refused without RGA number & Label on the box without exception. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally. Include a copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise. Full refund on the purchase price is given only for defective products or a wrong product sent due to our fault. (Damaged products are not considered defective and wrong products ordered by you are not considered wrong products sent due to our fault.) All other returns are either exchanged or credit issued and are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges, which are not refundable. This is what the warehouses charge us for restocking. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise,M1 Motoring | Parts Drop Ship shall determine whether the product in question is defective. All returns regardless of the underlying reason must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent shipping collect or without RGA number will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection; otherwise, neither M1 Motoring | Parts Drop Ship, the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise that was damaged on the way back to M1 Motoring | Parts Drop Ship. In such case, the customer will have to claim against the carrier through which the merchandise was shipped.
